How to Make a Request

Please include:
- Your name
- The email address you used to interact with us
- Which right you would like to exercise
- Any relevant details to help us locate your data
Verification
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. This typically involves confirming details that only the data subject would know. We will not ask for more information than necessary.
Response Time
We aim to respond to all valid requests within 30 days. If your request is complex or we receive a high volume, we may extend this by an additional 60 days — we will notify you if this happens.
No Fees
Exercising your rights is free. In exceptional circumstances — for example, if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive — we may charge a reasonable fee or decline the request, with explanation.
Supervisory Authority
